We launched Hand Cream in Spring 2020, right at the beginning of quarantine. Instead of running our traditional campaign, we changed plans and made sure we got Hand Cream into the right hands.
We gave the first 10,000 Hand Creams to healthcare workers in our community. Then sent some to artists, potters, photographers, and mothers—creating and caring from home—to have them hand make our launch content.

So we documented athletes who face these elements every day: rock climber Ashima Shiraishi, swimmer Naja Crawford, and Olympic figure skater Mirai Nagasu.

But even the toughest mascara critics feel like they’ve found the one in Glossier’s Lash Slick. So we dramatized some Oscar-worthy customer reviews, and debuted them on the big screen.
